At a traumatic time I was met with kindness, professionalism and compassion. The honesty was appreciated and I was kept informed every step of the way. I thought I was going in to have my dog euthanased after sustaining serious injuries but the next day I was home with my beloved dog, thanks to the quick, decisive action of the reception team and nurses and the immense skill of the lovely, optimistic vet, Ivan. I can’t thank you all enough.
