From the moment Ernie was brought to Briar House outside of hours his treatment and care has been exemplary. The vets and nurses kept me updated with the diagnosis, treatment plan and progress. On discharge I was given a comprehensive breakdown of his after care and treatment plan. All the staff were supportive and helpful
