We were at The Brroklyn Diner for breakfast. My omelet was excellent and two other diners had pancakes. They waited a long time for syrup, in fact we had to ask for it twice. Service was erratic and it seemed as though our waiter had too many tables to attend to. One diner ordered eggs over light and we had to ask for them twice. Loved the diner look and tablecloths with overlay was a very nice touch.
My husbands Chicken Parm was very over cooked. The manager saw it and came over to the table and apologized. She said the chicken shouldn't have even come out of the kitchen that way. She took it off the bill without even having to ask her. We ordered dessert and she also took those off the bill. Very accomodating. I had roasted turkey that was very tender. We will definitely try it again.
Came after seeing a Broadway show a block away. A delightful and warm greeting from the hostess, excellent service, very good upscale MYC diner food, and a perfect end to our evening. Also a great place for breakfast, lunch, and a pre show dinner.
Nice find in the heart of Times Square. Loved the pot pie. Typical diner feel with large portions and tables close together. Manager very personable.
Went for Mother's Day. Food was great. Atmosphere was great!
The blueberry pancakes are absolutely the best ever, so fluffy, keeps me coming back got more...a most stop for all visitors...
It fits Times Square - big food, not inexpensive, but tasty. Healthy options and decadent treats both available. Good for kids and adults.
I took my daughter here for 6th birthday. We had a party of 8. ALL the staff was friendly and customer focused even the bus boys. Our waiter know exactly what the kids wanted and made my life easier modifying the dishes on the menu. The chicken pot pie was soulful. The wings were delicious. My daughter loves mac and cheese but no one really enjoyed it. The chicken tenders and fries and pigs in a blanket were great. Brought tears to my 16 year old daughter when the waiter sung Calleigh happy birthday.
Had a delightful after theatre supper, really good food, excellent service, and a fun casual, place.
