I was there for New years Eve and we were right on time square, just under the ball drop!! It was unbelievable, amazing location! tasty food and fantastic service!! I would recommend it any day!
Their chicken soup is the absolute best! We miss the lemon meringue pie, gone from the menu.
Very nice. Took our grandchildren for early dinner after Radio City Christmas show. Service was attentive and everyone enjoyed the experience. Kids could see all the lights in Time Square.
The Brooklyn diner was great. We had a reservation for 530 but showed up at four and got seated right away. The staff was Great they took care of us and our two little boys very well. If you go you have to get the 15 bite hotdog, it's amazing! My wife had a cheeseburger which she absolutely loved. We highly recommend the Brooklyn diner check it out.
The food was great and the waiters pleasant however the service was way too slow for theater district. We ordered at 11:30 and it took an hour for food to arrive. The table was not set with the appropriate utensils so after the food was served we found oursefves having to flag them down. We were starved so this added to the frustration. Maybe an off day?

Who needs dill on a pizza? It is not the traditional Margherita recipe so they should cll it some other name. It also was not hot enough when it was served. At those prices, they had be... read more
Great for a quick and quality pre-theater dinner.
Large portions are key to Brooklyn Diner. Everything is large so beware. Food was good and not too expensive for Times Square area. It was very busy for lunch with a lot of tourists and some business lunches. Our party was a total of 5 and we had enough space to eat and talk. The hummus platter was really good for an entree. Our entrees were mainly salads and the mac and cheese. Everything was good. I don't remember the service experience so I guess it was decent.
Quantity trumps quality here. Overpriced for what it is. Good for tourists.
