I went here on a friday night and it was a perfect date place. The staff was very nice and very attentive. The place was packed when we got there but it didnt feel cramped at all.The food was very good but I do think it was a little over priced.Other than that I have no complaints and would highly recommend The Brooklyn Diner!
Once again, The Brooklyn Diner doesn't disappoint. Everything is always consistently good from the service to the food. The staff is friendly, the diner is clean, the food is really good. What more could you ask for?
Great New York Style Food which the Big Apple Is Known for.
The chicken pot pie was really good but we should have shared it. When we come back for another NY visit we will be back.
Great location for Times Square Activities. Service was good. Food was great. It was crowded but we didn't feel rushed. I would go again. We had a very nice dinner.
The Brooklyn Diner never disappoints. The food is always good & the staff always friendly. Remember a good, old fashioned egg cream? You'll find it alive & well here! We even have reservations for next weekend for dinner after a show for our anniversary!
The Brooklyn Diner is my go-to spot -- when people visit from out of town, when I need a restaurant that's good but not too expensive, or when I need a fast, pre-theater meal, this fits the bill.
I thought this place might be a little more of a casual scene. It was more of an upscale diner in the heart of Broadway/Times Square! We enjoyed eating a $29 lobster grilled cheese sandwich and their baked mac and cheese, but the tables were SOCLOSE together if you did not sit in a booth. However, I was able to land a reservation on a Friday evening within one hour of dining time, so it was a good night and a good meal.
Great place to meet a friend who was staying at a Times Square hotel and enjoy a healthy breakfast. Would gladly go back again.
