A fun, bustling restaurant with a real old fashioned diner feel... Great chicken soup, gigantic portions, imaginative menu. The best noodle kugel ever - big enough to share or take home for dessert . There is also counter service, perfect if you happen to be dining alone or meeting a friend. Highly recommended any time of the day.
Great versatile menu in the heart of Times Square
Great location, great design, clean - a little expensive but you are in Times Square
Food was good but expensive. Menu is not as expansive as one would expect from a diner. This one went on the Company expense account so I guess I can't complain but there are better options out there in that price range.
Excellent food and service, a fun place in Times Square-we made a point to eat there twice during our short trip to New York.
The food as good, but not memorable. Service as also good, though I take a dim view of being kept waiting for a table if I have a reservation

Chicken pot pie was the best I ever had! The waiter was very nice. The only downside was the cost. I thought the prices were high. I am sure that part of the reason is that I live in South Jersey and am not used to paying New York prices, but $80 for two pot pies, two sodas and one ice cream is still expensive.
Way, way too busy for their staffing levels and capacity. Incredibly loud. Meals took forever to come, and watching other groups get increasingly depressed, frustrated, and hungry is never enjoyable :-/. That said, our food when it got there was very good (as always). I hadn't even realized this was supposed to be a "tourist destination" which I suppose explains a lot.
