Service was excellent. Food was over priced (even for Manhattan) and not tasty at all. We also went to Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast during our stay and that was a buffet, but cheaper and much tastier. They made pancakes, waffles, french toast to order and it was included with a buffet that had eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit.
Turkey in turkey sandwich was not fresh and chewy. Had to pull it all out of the sandwich. Waiter took my mostly full of turkey plate, no questions asked. Probably used to it. Over priced for the quality. Won't be back
When you have restaurant in Times Square thats empty, it says it all. Its not bad, its just not good enough to warrant the massive rent
Stopped for a quick meal before a show. Ordered burgers and fries. Server was attentive and helpful. Food not so good. Simple order seemed to take a long time for an almost empty restaurant. Fries were not hot, and one of the burgers was ordered medium but arrived well done. Then took a long time to get our check and pay the bill. Would not eat here again.
Friendly staff, not noisy so we could talk but at best mediocre food. One friend did like her salmon burger very much but the chicken pot pie ( their house specialty) was a big overblown dish of bland tasting chicken with so so puff pastry and very few vegetables ( Marie Calender's frozen pot pies are way better). My other friend had the roast turkey dinner and said it was terrible: dry turkey which she said was not fresh and tasteless potatoes and veggies.
Cold food. Order was wrong. Inattentive server. Will not return. Sorry.
After delivering the wrong sandwich - they delivered the right one with a long hair in it. Horrible.
Terrible service. Our Waitress must suffer from ADHD, and I'm being kind. Cramped, food is marginal at best, and the service is a joke. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.
