Service was a little slow but enjoyed the overall diner experience and food on offer!

The place is older but reasonably clean. Service was great. Food was ok.
Have dined at BD many times and the food is reliably good, not exceptional, but good for the price in NYC. We dined outside but well off the street. The waiter was efficient and friendly, and made recommendations for a drink after theater!
I've been eating at the Broken Diner for 33 years, and I've never been disappointed. I can pretty much recommend everything on the menu, including their 15-inch handmade natural casing hot dog, which is world-class. Also hats off to the staff at the front door, and the waitstaff is Sensational. You can't go wrong at this restaurant i highly recommend it
