Friendly , good service and enjoyed the food we had
The staff was great and hostess terrific
I’ve been eating at the Brooklyn diner since it opened. You still make the finest handmade natural casing, hot dog you can get in all of New York City. All the food there is great desserts are divine. I highly recommend this place.
It's a busy New York diner, so expect that hustle and bustle if you go there. That said, it's clean, well run, and offers good food. Now, for some particulars for our situation: we were a relatively large party (7), and the host and waiter could not have been more accommodating. They warmly welcomed us and tended to us throughout our meal. And everyone at our table agreed that their meal was delicious--and let me assure you that this group of picky eaters is not easily pleased, so that says a lot.
Exhaustive menu - all delicious! Francisico and Genevieve and Ata at front desk are outstanding as are all waitstaff. Run - do not walk here. For lunch, dinner or brunch there is nothing better.
My full rack of spare ribs was excellent. My friend's deluxe bacon cheeseburger was also excellent. The Grubman chocolate blackout cake for dessert was its usual fabulous self.
Absolutely fantastic. We wanted to revisit Brooklyn Diner from when we were last in NYC 8 years ago !!! And we are so glad that we did. Perfect scores all around. A not to be missed brunch experience
It is no wonder this is a New York staple! The diner vibe coupled with wonderful food made for an enjoyable breakfast!
This was our first time eating at the Brooklyn diner. I ordered the matzoh ball soup, which I really enjoyed, and a salad that was just OK. I thought the portions were decent, the prices were a little high. It was very very tight inside there, but we knew that would be the case because it is a diner. Our waiter was fantastic :)
