I was with a party of 5 at a round table in the corner celebrating a birthday. Our reservation was at 1130 am on a Wednesday. The noise level was OBNOXIOUS. Most people at our table had a very difficult time hearing one another. This is really unfortunate!!! There are things that can be done to remedy this by hiring acoustical engineers to discern the cause and give suggestions and then follow through with recommendations. We love BRU… great food, nice spot, usually perfect service. You should eat there!! Tonight.. we drew the short end of the stick with our server who was fine for most of the dinner but something flipped with this guy at the end. When we’re finished with our dinners, my wife wanted to take home her leftovers (half the meal), and my kid wanted a milkshake to-go. Very disappointed that the lamb burger and turkey burger options have been eliminated from the menu. I cannot eat beef, so it left me with no meat based options other than chicken. I can get that anywhere so I ended up with the Impossible burger which is a poor substitute.
Horrible service! Waiter acted like he didn’t want to be there! Never csme back to table after bringing food.

The food was delicious but our waiter SUCkED! We were seated outside. Five minutes later a table of 7 was seated and got drinks and appetizers ordered before us. We waited for 20 minutes before saying anything. Should note that another couple that was behind us left because no one went to them either.
