The host (gentleman) was very rude. We asked for a booth and he instantly made a face (one clearly out of annoyance) with the tone to match and said they were all booked/reserved. The entire time we were there at least two were open at any given time. It wasn’t busy at all. Our server Michelle was amazing but the host was not even close. Showed up for dinner reservation at 6:15 and they had given it away. The host and hostess stand was very indifferent about not having our table and didn’t offer to seat us anywhere we finally just went to the bar.
With reservations we were forced to sit in a booth. Food was cold and service was lacking would not visit again
Staff was largely inhospitable other than the bartender who switched out the sweet and low with the sugar I asked for in the first place. The customer service heels were just lacking overall, they went through the bare minimum of motions that they had to do but nothing more. Food was pretty good but not outstanding enough to offset that experience.

A very loud, rowdy group was yelling and disruptive to others They should have been addressed by management but were not. This continued thru our entire dining experience We have never been subjected to such selfish rude behavior

Service was only fair. My husband asked for lemon for his ice tea and 15 min later it arrived. His 3 cheese burger with garlic had no garlic taste at all and my patty melt was a major disappointment. There was no Fontina sauce as menu stated only American, it tasted very sweet (not sure why) and the onions still had a slight crunch to them. Disappointed...There was more importance placed on getting to-go orders out the door. You could visually see them rushing orders out the door and even over hear the employees say they are working as hard as they can. My advise would be order the take out and skip the dine in. Unfortunately, It was not an option for us. I hope that the waiters and waitresses receive something for all of those to-go orders because our tip reflected the manager’s decision to place dine in orders as a lower priority.
