Reservation was for 6:45 and we were there on-time. Not seated until 7:15 and no waiter to the table until 7:25. Finally spoke to a manager who was great and service improved. But it shouldn’t take speaking with a manager to get good service. Too many other great restaurant options in the area.

I heard good things about the veggie burger at Bru Burger as we don’t eat meat. However the black bean burger was a mushy mess. Just fell out of the bun. Not very appetizing. Fries were good. Service was slow and we had to flag down our sever for silverware and napkins. Needless to say, we won’t be back and should have realized an establishment that caters to carnivores wouldn’t care much about the emerging plant based community.
We were seated in a corner near the end of the bar and entrance to kitchen The bartender and and staff collected there to talk. The language included much profanity and distraction
Unfortunately, I got a cold burger with a slab of cheese stuck in a bunch of sauce. Hopefully it was just an off night. I used to like BruBurger. Salads looked good but it’s a burger place.

Food wasn’t that great. Service was awesome, our sever was excellent. Food for the price we paid was meh

The 1st time we went here it was delicious! So we thought we would go again with other friends. Our food was not what we asked for we took our own things off we didn’t want. An employee (maybe manager) asked if I would like warm, new onion straws right after I got my plate. I said sure. They were cold. She brought more and they were burnt.

Our service was terrible. We went 45 minutes after we were finished without seeing our waiter. We had to ask another employee to find him.

Food and service were excellent as usual. However, we were seated in the upstairs dining room next to a table with 5 out of control children who were screaming and continually running around the table so much that the servers were having difficulty hearing our orders and were nearly unable to deliver food to the tables. I understand your restaurant is not in control of other people’s children but at some point it becomes a safety issue when hot food is being delivered to tables. We try to monitor safety of children especially if a a safety issue arises, but the parents have the responsibility to maintain any expected behavioral expectations in a social setting. We do our Best to work with all guests. I do agree with the etiquette that should be in place. This has been an uphill battle and we will work harder to make sure they don't provide any disturbance in the future
