Great outdoor patio and decent service. Garlic 3 cheese burger was missing the garlic. Bourbon burger sauce was watery and flavorless.
Very disappointed in the quality of the meat, burger was super thin and didn't have much flavor. Not much better than fast food. Sad when the fries are better than the burger at a place that is branded as a burger place. Service was okay but definitely won't be back.

Food and atmosphere great, but could tell that while the server was very good, they were spread too thin for 6pm on a Friday night. Big gaps from water to drinks to apps to food and left a delayed feeling in the group.
Made a reservation and was told that it would be a 20 minute wait. Three person business meeting lined up at the bar doesn’t work very well. Unacceptable.
second time in a row that they have slightly messed up an order. Other than cooking at the wrong temp and including onions it was great.
Food took an hour to get to our table. When it did arrive it was cold. Manager came to our table and apologized but did not credit any part of our meal on the bill.

5.30 reservation didn’t get my family (4) a table until 6pm. Waited 45 mins after ordering before the food arrived all wrong apart from one. When the food reappeared “corrected” the burgers were cold. Other tables around us were having similar problems. So disappointing as getting out as a family to enjoy a meal is a precious moment. I know Bru Burger can do better, as we’ve had so many great meals here.
