With reservations we were forced to sit in a booth. Food was cold and service was lacking would not visit again
Staff was largely inhospitable other than the bartender who switched out the sweet and low with the sugar I asked for in the first place. The customer service heels were just lacking overall, they went through the bare minimum of motions that they had to do but nothing more. Food was pretty good but not outstanding enough to offset that experience.

A very loud, rowdy group was yelling and disruptive to others They should have been addressed by management but were not. This continued thru our entire dining experience We have never been subjected to such selfish rude behavior

Service was only fair. My husband asked for lemon for his ice tea and 15 min later it arrived. His 3 cheese burger with garlic had no garlic taste at all and my patty melt was a major disappointment. There was no Fontina sauce as menu stated only American, it tasted very sweet (not sure why) and the onions still had a slight crunch to them. Disappointed...There was more importance placed on getting to-go orders out the door. You could visually see them rushing orders out the door and even over hear the employees say they are working as hard as they can. My advise would be order the take out and skip the dine in. Unfortunately, It was not an option for us. I hope that the waiters and waitresses receive something for all of those to-go orders because our tip reflected the manager’s decision to place dine in orders as a lower priority. At a place with “burger” in the name, the burger should be the star! This one wasn’t even an understudy.

Great outdoor patio and decent service. Garlic 3 cheese burger was missing the garlic. Bourbon burger sauce was watery and flavorless.
Very disappointed in the quality of the meat, burger was super thin and didn't have much flavor. Not much better than fast food. Sad when the fries are better than the burger at a place that is branded as a burger place. Service was okay but definitely won't be back.
