My dog hasn't been the the veterinarian in awhile, and is a very anxious dog to begin with. The veterinarian noticed this and handled his visit flawlessly! She did his whole exam while petting him on the floor, as he was too anxious to lay on the examination table. I was in and out and they didn't pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed!
Calusa Veterinary Center offers excellent service and we have been impressed with the care they have shown our dogs . This place is the best and highly recommend. Eric

I must say from start to finish, We received impeccable care & service. I had brought my 8 week old Sphinx kitten of 3 days for emergency services. The doctors supplied me with realistic expectations on my pets prognosis every step of the way. Even though she didn't give up nor did I but ultimately she had passed. I felt they were more concerned for the well-being of my pets than obtaining my credit card number.
The whole staff is incredible, Marsha has an incredible heart and passion for helping any animal she can , I called immediately after finding a dog abandoned and distressed and they were so helpful and saved this dogs life! Honestly so exceptional and blown away , thank you Calusa
This is the very best animal clinic. The staff is super friendly and so loving to our new puppy. I highly recommend the clinic and Dr. Krawitz.
My puppy of 1o years suddenly stoppped eating and was urinating orange. I brought her to her wonderful vet at Banfield in Delray who immediately referred me to Calusa. They immediately realized she needed more care than they could provide. Upon arriving at Calusa we were immediately ushered into a room and Lady was taken to a back room to be evaluated. There are no words, my 3yr old Doberman has a heart condition, we rushed him to Calusa @11pm, he was having heart issues. Dr Rachel Meyer, was the Dr on staff. She was very compassionate and professional. He stayed the night, Dr Rachel was able to get his heart beating back to normal. We are so thankful for her, and the other staff members, they were so nice and accommodating. They seemed more than happy to give us updates when we called, and the Dr also called us with updates. I wanted to give my sincerest gratitude and heartfelt thanks to the staff at Calusa. This is the second time they have saved one of my babies who were both critically ill at separate times. When we thought we had lost all hope they never gave up on them and gave them the absolute best love and compassion that I would give as their mommy.
