First time customer here. Had to reschedule my appointment due to car troubles And they charged me $75 for a "cancellation fee". I can only imagine the amount of future sales they lost from me.

Worst place, stay away. Misdiagnosed and overcharged dog several years ago. Recently, cat had urinary issues we now know and they diagnosed at $1200. Ended up I west palm emergency center and now in renal failure as calusa wanted another $3800 and asked what our budget was. This was a two hour process of them asking the manager while the cat was blocked with urine, we now know for several weeks. No thoughts or suggestions to give a price to cathetorize him to release the urine. Apparently, it's about profit and not about the... read more

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR WISHES AND WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AFTER YOUR DOG DIES IN THEIR CUSTODY BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE, THEN CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ASTRONOMICAL FEES. I AM SUING THEM SO OTHER DOGS AND OWNERS ARE PROTECTED. PLEASE CALL ME AT 917-300-1958 IF YOU WANT TO SUE THEM TOO. They are callous and rude, and let my dog die in the most horrible way. They did not watch him as they promised me, then they refused to call me when I was waiting in the parkin... read more

Please NEVER take your loved one here!!! I review my best friend's records daily and see all of the lies and over medicating and time of death which didn't match the call and the phone message I received after sleeping in the parking lot and hovering for a day- until I left to go to Synagogue and then they offed her. (I had pleaded to take her home after the first overnight) I never felt more traumatized in my life. One or two staff members who were employed did not have enough marbles or compassion to understand what some... read more

The worse service as well as horrible prices. They charged me 2100 for fecal and blood tests for my cat. I highly discourage anyone from going here. They are in it for the money.

Money, money, money.. Went in with what is a recurring illness for our dog. Needed medicine for nausea ended up with what was to be $85 visit to an $800 bill. They wanted to keep our dog over night for $3600. Rip off artist. Zero value, zero compassion and way overcharge.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This place is horrible! One of the main doctors who owns part of this place is such a rude person and he has absolutely no idea how to talk to people. I have had the worst experiences here and all they seem to care about is money not the health and well-being of your pet! Take the time to look for another place because this is not the place to go! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!!

This place felt extremely sketchy. I called in the morning because my dog was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea which was worsening. They told me to wait until 11 because the doctor was doing rounds. I called and told them I was coming early because she was worsening. I waited about 30 minutes for a nurse while I watched one socialize with a car for 20 minutes. Before even seeing my dog they were saying she might need to be hospitalized. They seem to be very sales oriented. The focus was on cost, rather than on treatment. The... read more

Omgosh how is this even possibly they are receiving any positive reviews?! They used my credit card information and charged me for services never performed! Please go to a family vet, someone who actually cares about your pet and not money hungry people who take advantage of you! This place is a scam! I feel so bad for the vet techs because they were absolutely sweet, it's a shame they work in such a place.
