Absolutely love my car ('21 K5 EX) and had a great experience buying it. What really makes me like this dealership over the other Kia's I've been to, is the maintenance dept. Maddie especially was great when I took my car in today. It needed a little more TLC since I just got in a lil accident and she hooked it up. 10/10 recommend this dealership to Kia lovers
My first experience at this location was very warm and inviting. I took my 2014 Kia Sorento into the Service Department to have my passenger seat removed. I foolishly dropped a very special ring inside my car and it somehow managed to disappear. Adrian at the Service desk was very kind and assured me that Kia would do their best in trying to locate my special ring. The quoted wait time was two hours. 1st. The whole dealer was Covid safe and wearing masks with respect to customers. I was helped by Mike kimbrell and afterwards Austin Flores and may I say both extremely professional and wants to make a deal for the customer. Austin was great in the while process and easy to ask questions and talk to about the car. I absolutely love my new K5 wolf gray. If you looking to buy a new car go see Austin he will take care of you.
