Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly without being overbearing. Ramone, the gentleman who sold me the car, knew everything about a used vehicle that was on his lot for less than a month. Transaction was smooth and easy, the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely shop here again when I need a vehicle.

The extended warranty people took their time in okaying the repair, but they did approve it a few days later and then parts were ordered. Travis, my advisor was very helpful and the service was done 2 weeks after the dealership discovered why the check engine lifht was on.

Was satisfied with the services performed. Was a little disappointed with additional services recommended, especially since a few of those services had already been performed on the car, at a different service facility. It seems like services are recommended based upon mileage as opposed to whether the car needs it or not.
