Good from start to finish . I never felt pressured and I felt my sales rep did all that he could to meet my expectations regarding warranties and price. He even had lunch delivered since it was taking awhile to reach a deal.

Very fast and efficient clean
Steve at service department greeted us with a great welcome. No problem with information of our purpose visit. Very knowledgeable and ready to help us.
We had a fuel injector fail, which caused a misfire. Had the car towed to the dealership's service department, and left in overnight area. Service department never called me, but did send a text message mid-morning, asking for approvals to make repairs to the car. I would have preferred to have had a service agent call me to discuss what was found, before being asked to approve repairs. The service department did make the repairs I approved and appeared to have done a good job.
Liked the wait time on a busy day. Wished we were offered a free drink and snack
