My car was originally in this shop in late January due to problems with A/C. After getting in and out twice, I was given a loaner car (pretty barebones) and my car was then held in the shop for over 3 weeks. Finally it got fixed, and it was all covered by the insurance. During the 3 weeks communication was less than stellar, and the updates were scarce. It was difficult to determine what the problem was with my vehicle but they kept looking until they found the problem. The service manager kept me informed of what they were doing to fix my vehicle and provided me with a loaner until the service was completed.
