The service tech with whom I worked was Great. I would highly recommend him. He kept me informed as to everything that was being done and let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. I did not like all the little things they claim "needed to be done" on my vehicle. Camelback Kia has sunk to a new low when it comes to raking their customers over the coals....and overcharging for services.

I guess everything was done properly but it would have been nice if they would have filled up the windshield washing fluid. It makes you wonder if they really checked the other stuff. I'm going to check yes in the recommend place because you don't have a "I DON'T KNOW" choice.

I wrecked my car early in the morning on my way to work. The service guy was so kind and helpful I felt really like he was looking out for my best interest.

I liked how informative and updated I was kept throughout the car visit I had some problems afterwards like some of the outside trim of my car was removed in the interior the lights for the automatic gear shifter letters were turned off and on my steering wheel controls as well tried to reach out but wasn't contacted back

I didnt like that it took from 8am until 5:55 to be completed. I liked how my service Rep waited for me to come pickup the car.
