This was one of the best new car buying experiences I've ever had. After calling several dealerships to find the car I was looking for and dealing with a lot of run around about wanting me to come in and talk about prices, Jarred Johnson took my call and we got right to business. I told him the number I wanted and was told he could no way meet that, but would get me a quote and we'd talk over if we can make a deal. Minus two stars for leaving my seat all the way forward causing pain to my back so customer service is so-so. We will see on the next service if they improve.

I fully expected to write a bad review for Camelback Kia based on my general experience with other Kia dealerships and the low rating already listed here. However to my surprise Ali at Camelback was pleasant and easy to deal with from the start. There were a few hiccups with Camelback including; the vehicle hold process, the VIN number getting swapped around a few times on our paper work, a total cost error on the financial paperwork that we almost signed and having to fill out the credit app multiple times.
