I just don't know. I liked the fact that I could wait but then it was over three hours. This was my 40k service and it needed tires. They said they would be over $1300. I had a quote for new Michelins from Costco for under a $1000. I think for regular service my local shop is better but I would go back for just Hundia software service. They did do a free recall related to emissions testing. The shop seemed terribly busy.

The prices at the dealership are about the same as other and the ones that do charge less dont do a quality job. I've had 25 plus years of great serivce here .
