Easy to make an appointment but because lots of people were bringing their cars in for the same recall there was a two hour backlog. I probably should have waited a month til everyone else had been in.

Oil change plus few other services performed were done very quickly. That was a good thing. What I didn't like was that the Lyft voucher was supposed to be sent to me but it never was so I instead paid for trip home and trip back to get car after I was told at least trip home was covered
