I visited this facility Harmony Lodge was very nice, and I would have put my aunt in there except we found a place closer to me. I liked this place, I liked the staff and the layout. When I was down there I was very impressed, except for the distance from where I live. The person who assisted us there was very friendly and she followed through. I visited this facility I loved Harmony Village at CareOne Paramus, but it's expensive. It's complete memory care but they have them in different levels. Everybody is fairly educated in memory care and how to deal with the patients. It’s a brand-new place and has only been around for a year and a half. It seems vey well organized and everything is suited for the situation.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Pro's 1. Very nice and new building. 2. Staff particularly the attendents work hard to make loved ones comfortable. 3. Senior Staff willing to listen to criticism and they will make changes. CONS 1. They dont pay their staff so turnover is high. 2.food is pretty bad. God help you if your loved one has special diet needs or is a vegetarian they really dont know what to serve so they give them the same things over and over. 3. I am/was a resident of this facility I have been in a few other rehabs in my life for about 3 weeks each. From the time I walked in I was greeted T a courteous and smiling receptionist. The staff is very friendly and nice and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Any time I needed help someone cane when I rang the buzzer. I visited this facility I visited the independent living level of CareOne at Wall, and I myself would want to join them. I really was very impressed. It was clean, it smells clean, the people I saw seemed happy and the rooms were very nice. The gentleman who took me on the tour was very informative and helpful with answering a lot of my questions.

I am/was a resident of this facility What a wonderful place this is. Everyone is so attentive. The staff always calls you by name. The PT and OT is top notch and the therapists know how to push you without being pushy. The food is excellent. I would definitely come here again if needed.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband was a patient at Care One at Valley for four months. We found the care he received was very good, the entire staff was very efficient and caring and went above and beyond answering all our questions and concerns and taking care of him as if he were their family. The nurses, especially Sonya and Glenda were very professional and compassionate friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Nurses and therapists are miracle workers, with great patience and wonderful attitudes. Sometimes slow to communicate with one another, but they solve problems quick. They accept Medicare and are very skilled at navigating and gaming the health care system. Came in for hospice, which they don't do there, they outsource, but through some skill, luck and work, my parent pulled through.
