I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is not what it used to be. Huge staff turnover, without proper training for new hires. Do your research. After repeat stays my dad says he'll never go back there again.
I am/was a resident of this facility The 11-7 nurses from third floor come to second floor and it sounds like their having a party how do they expect sick people to rest and the supervisor is with them.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I would not recommend this place. My father had a leaking catheter and their solution was to place a towel under it. My father would get an infection which would lead to another infection that killed him a week or two later. No doctors are on the premises during weekends or holidays. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place is horrible. Mom came here from JFK Neurological Institute. Good Lord. 1 or 2 patient care staff are good, everyone else is missing in action all the time. Mom pressed the red nurse call button to get help going to the bathroom and to prevent another fall. It took someone 13 minutes and 14 seconds to show up. Please do not send anyone here.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place doesn't even deserve a rating. My father was there, he was 90 years old with Alzheimers. He went in with no physical bruises. When he came home he was black and blue all over. Of course no one could explain. Not only that he had his wedding band on his finger for over 65 years never once took it off and someone decided they wanted this ring and literally tore it off his finger. I visited this facility Care One at Hanover Township seemed like an old house that was converted into a facility. It was quite depressing. It seemed overcrowded and understaffed too. There were activities going on, but I don't know what they were. There was an activity coordinator and an activity room.

Supervisor and Director of Nursing do not return calls. Medication is not given correctly or in a timely manner. Many staff members lack common sense- patient cannot use either hand and food and drink are left unopened, staff doesn't help with feeding. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The nurses at Care One at Madison Avenue were very kind and very good. The aides were a bit lazy. I would give them a 1-star rating because my friend had a horrible bed sore. I didn’t think he was rehabilitated very well. The staff was very pleasant and very nice. It was a very pretty place. It was an old house, but very clean. They had a rehab room, a library room, and an activities room.
