Our family and mom are very happy with the Cupola. Mom talks of the caring staff, food menu ,& housekeeping . She is quite comfortable here.
We used CareOne for a brief respite stay for a loved one, and overall our experience was a very positive one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I'd give them top marks across the board!
The staff is amazing and caring.
It's great so far. The staff is incredible. They took someone, who was just out of control from the previous place, and got the medication management back on track and everything back to normal. The care is like night and day compared to where we were before. I like how great the whole community atmosphere is, I just can't say enough good about CareOne Harmony Village.
It is a wonderful, brand new facility. The nurses and caretakers are very nice. Since the administrative team is all new there have been several miss communications on what needs to be signed and when. But that aside the care my parent is receiving is great!
Overall I think they do a good job at CareOne Assisted Living, we're pleased with the decision we made in selecting this community. However, the quality has declined a bit since we moved our loved one in. For a few months things were great, but within the last month or two there has been a lot of staff turnover, and some of the services and cleanliness of the community has suffered a bit. I'm hoping things will return to their previous levels of quality once things settle down.
At CareOne at Morris AL a lot of the staff just ignored you. The nurses wouldn't even make eye contact with you. Some of the staff were really great though. Mom was in her room a lot. My father was in the next unit over and they were going to get together some. But there were 4 days out of the week that they didn't see each other. All they needed was someone to walk them over and that didn't happen. The staff were very nice in respite where my father was. They have not done anything bad. They are doing what I believe they are suppose to be doing. I have not had any issues and they have answered all my questions and all my concerns.
Our experience with CareOne at Livingston has been a good one, overall! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and professional. They take good care of the people who live here, we've got no complaints!
