I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident If you have a loved one here - get them out and seek alternative care immediately!! My mother was there for less than a week. She was ignored and neglected and luckily the poor care she received resulted in her being sent to the hospital. There they determined she was dehydrated and malnurished. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I would like to share my father's experience of being in a local nursing home during this time as I am extremely upset. As the news already reported, the entire population of a Woodbridge nursing home was transferred to CareOne at Hanover in Whippany. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident They gave my father corona, left him in a room to die, no phone no food no life. No one in or out. I had to call his social worker to get him out. Holy name hospital saved my dads life. Care one needs to be shut down. Inhumane cover ups! they did not follow Bergen county guidelines

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Do not place your loved ones here if they are not fully capable of advocating for themselves. My father was placed there and has some confusion. I, as his HCP, attempted to keep up on his care needs. The communication was spotty. Information I needed to make plans for his discharge was not provided in its entirety. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident While the immediate caregivers are good, the administrators of this facility are especially awful. From the nurse supervisor to the social worker to the billing office, they are uncommunicative, unhelpful, ineffective, and, at times, downright hostile.

I visited this facility So where do I get started.. I had got my mom into this facility after being released from RWJ. I heard it was the best of the best so I put my faith in them. To begin staff is extremely rude. The patients are not given their meds on time. The patients are forced to sit in urine all day. Lastly the rooms are FILTHY. Take your loved ones elsewhere if you want quality healthcare.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident After reading the other reviews, I have to agree that the care was awful, Care One Care None. Some of the nurses and aides would not respond leaving patients that needed assistance waiting sometimes 30 to 40 minutes. If you complained about the treatment then your loved one would be isolated even more. We were full pay .... complaints are patient was never bathed, soiled laundry was placed in plastic bags in closet and never sent to be cleaned, even though menu was filled ... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Health services here are Care None. They are incompetent, under staffed, uncaring and unresponsive. My Mom ended up worse after a week in rehab there rather than better. We had to transfer her to a different facility to get the care she needed that Care One is incapable of supplying. If you care about someone do not place them in this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Careone was always dirty and smells of urine and feces. I even saw feces spread all over the hallway when I was leaving one late afternoon and staff walking around it doing nothing. 80% of the staff could care less about the residents. When asked them to change my friend they would say we are short on staff and will get there when we can. That was always hours later or I had to go and ask again when no one would come.
