After she was discharged from the hospital we chose to take her home. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The rooms are beautiful. The CNAs try their best and most of them are kind and compassionate. The "professionals", on the other hand, leave something to be desired. They do not listen to the patients or the family members. If family is not there, the patients really don't have a lot of stimulation or interaction. My father spent almost 20 hours a day in bed for over three weeks. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Although there was one nurse worthy of praise the others that were in charge of taking care of my relative were pathetic to say the least. They were more interested in standing by the desk than caring for patients even when called. The following link is for them. Whether woman or man every patient deserve to be treated with respect. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Don’t trust this place for your family member! The patients sit in their soiled bottoms for so long that they get terrible rashes. 99 percent of the staff are rude and/or just don’t care. They never answer their phone so you can check on your loved one and they plain out lie!! My family member is now in the hospital for the second time directly because the lack of care and attention they failed to give!!!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother went to rehab at CareOne at Evesham. It was horrible. We took her out early. We were not happy with anything. The nursing staff and the staff members that took care of my mother in her room were a one, but the physical therapy was a four. They did a good job with her.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom was in CareOne at New Milford. The facility appeared nicer before you got up to the rooms. The doorknobs on the closets were broken, the toilet was clogged up, and it took hours for them to come in and unclog it. My mother was soiled every time I got there. I think they're short-handed for the number of patients they have. As soon as the elevator door opened you would smell feces and urine.

I am/was a resident of this facility I have been a resident at several different rehabs and this was absolutely the worst. Rooms were dirty, toilets always over flowing. The staff offered little quality care, taking up to an hour to answer a bell when assistance was needed. I was told I it would have to be an emergency in order to get the nurse back onto the unit. What is an emergency? I inquired.... Was told I would have to be on the floor or in respiratory distress. Do yourself and your family a favor... Go somewhere else!

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Sincerely, this place is nothing but disgusting and depressing in every way. Staff never care about patients. They never answer patients' Requests. I was with my father in law for two weeks in Care One. I had to ask the staff to shower him as they should but they tend to ignore. I used to ask the cleaning staff to come empty the room's garbage, again lazy, don't want to do any cleaning. They never do any of their duties complaining they are so busy. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I found this place to be an administrative nightmare. Phone messages requesting a call back were ignored. I could not get them to fill out a simple insurance form despite multiple requests from myself and the insurance company. In desperation I called staff members in different departments looking for help. They did try to help but it eventually took a call to Corporate Headquarters to get final resolution.
