I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident After reading the other reviews, I have to agree that the care was awful, Care One Care None. Some of the nurses and aides would not respond leaving patients that needed assistance waiting sometimes 30 to 40 minutes. If you complained about the treatment then your loved one would be isolated even more. We were full pay .... complaints are patient was never bathed, soiled laundry was placed in plastic bags in closet and never sent to be cleaned, even though menu was filled ... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Health services here are Care None. They are incompetent, under staffed, uncaring and unresponsive. My Mom ended up worse after a week in rehab there rather than better. We had to transfer her to a different facility to get the care she needed that Care One is incapable of supplying. If you care about someone do not place them in this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Careone was always dirty and smells of urine and feces. I even saw feces spread all over the hallway when I was leaving one late afternoon and staff walking around it doing nothing. 80% of the staff could care less about the residents. When asked them to change my friend they would say we are short on staff and will get there when we can. That was always hours later or I had to go and ask again when no one would come. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father was a resident at this facility. He was immobile when admitted and within 2 weeks had a bedsore. The nurses decided on their own that he was a lost cause, and put him in the furthest room from the nurses station. They rarely came in to check in on him, and he wasn't turned regularly. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The staff are caring and the facility is clean. The problem my family had was with Dr. Kim, the in house doctor. My father was there this past winter and dying with the VNA hospice services. Just about every suggestion the nurse made for medications to take away the pain was refused by the doctor. She would not listen to the VNA nurse, my father's nurses or us. He was seeing things, couldn't sleep, in horrible pain from the cancer. You don't want to send your loved one her... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband spent the worst month of his life at CareOne in Evesham. This facility is very pretty, and the staff seems lovely, however, no one does their job. Every request is followed by “in a minute.” My husband pushed his call button twice and no one EVER showed up.....this occurred within two hours of being admitted. We knew we were in for a terrible ride. The staff is not trained well. My husband was in for rehab for a fractured hip, and also has COPD and is on oxygen.... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad was over medicated n undereducated all at once..not monitored enough w being unstable n diabetic. Therapy is lack there of with mostly having him eat and sleep often. Hard to get nurse and staff to call back and doctor hardly calls me to see concerns. Overcharged me as well..headache and hope things get solved asap. They should have online portal for logs of meds ..food..etc. 😟 rooms not spacious unless a private room. Staff nice but understaffed. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Let me start by saying I gave the facility one star because I had NO choice. My father in-law was sent to facility for rehabilitation to get him standing and walking again after several falls and a hospital stay. Three months later he is in worst shape, bed ridden, got a severe cold after being left in bed naked for 45 minutes in a cold air conditioned room after being bathed, speech slurred, confused, battling a leg infection which traveled to his blood. I visited this facility Touring this facility date unsure but hostess tour guide very nice just talked too fast It is clean no odors residents seem happy activities seemed fun and many participated There is no Home like feeling it’s very pretty but hotel like I would of liked it to be more HOME LIKE to give cozy feeling Wish I was introduced to more staff I liked cafe but no food in it
