I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The Nurses and staff are very Rude and Uncaring about the patients. my mother was in a room where her roommate fell. My mother pushed the call button for 20 minutes trying to get help for the woman. she finally had to walk into the hall to look for somebody to help. they are very disrespectful to the patients and family members. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident It might be only a short time I'm dealing with this facility, but within 20 hours they managed to commit 3 medication errors. One of the medication is life sustaining. The facility itself looks good but the Nursing care is less than adequate. It would be nice if these facility would pay a decent salary so they could hire trained people and provide good and safe care to their patients. I am a Nurse myself and have some insight. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother-in-law was left to the mercy of fate during her few weeks of post-op rehab. Some of the staff members were rude in answering our phone calls- the only way to communicate during pandemic with no visitation by family members. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mom went in for a 3 week rehab after a minor surgery. Due to COVID, we could not visit her, nor the primary was allowed - it was lonely, desolate and uncaring for Mom. They would take away her buzzer, keep the phone away from her so that she would not be able to attend any of our phone calls, desperately checking in on her - the only we could make sure that she was safe and sane. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father spent time in the rehab at CareOne and he was very upset my the care he received. The staff is not communicative at all, whenever I called the Nursing station the phone would ring and was never answered. I would not recommend having your loved one at this facility.
I visited this facility I can see why this facility is called “Care None” by many people. We had to pull my mom out of there as we were seriously concerned that she wouldn’t survive her stay there. There’s not even enough room in this review for me to write about all the grievances we have against them but the few I will mention is how my mother was made to sit for over an hour at a time in her own feces and urine on a bed pan bc the nurses refused to come. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father left there after 90 days with cognitive deficits, weak and no plan. No matter how many meetings we had, therapy and nursing could not get their acts together. Laundry could not get clothes back to his room despite having his name on them. Therapy equipment was broken and there was no therapy follow through with the nursing staff. When the staff thought I was on hold twice!!!! I visited this facility Awful facility. Some of the staff is incompetent. The place is not properly equipped. It is trying to make money by skimping on services.
Other My mother was there who suffers from dementia.The facility was nice it was clean. My problem with care one was the social worker she was horrible instead of trying to work with us and the insurance company every other day she would call and tell us that my mother was being kicked out. So much for compassion
