Received a very warm and welcoming greeting from Kathleen. The facility is beautiful inside and out. The great room where you enter has a homey feel to it. There is an ice cream shop inside where families could join their loved ones for a sweet treat during a visit. The rooms area little small, but the bathrooms are very large and handicap accessible. Our experience with CareOne at Morris has been good across the board! The guy who showed us around, Bill Brottman, was very informative, and a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional.
They are doing very well. She is very happy. The only thing I would say is, communication between us and the people that work there, isn't so great. They don't return calls and emails very promptly. She likes the food, but it's a little bit repetitive, and I am not sure how many choices memory care gets.
We're very pleased overall with our experience at CareOne at Livingston. The staff here are very friendly, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here. I would recommend them to other families looking into care in the area!
I think they do a great job overall at CareOne. The staff are friendly and professional, and they keep me up to date on the status of my loved one. I also appreciate that they are accommodating when it comes to any suggestions I have. They seem to have a good rapport with my loved one, as well. I'm very satisfied with the service.
We toured a while ago, when we were looking into different options. It was a nice place, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I liked it, but there are a lot of nice places around, and this wasn't the best fit for family.
This is one of the places we have looked at so far. It was a very nice community, and I liked it a lot. We are thinking about going here, we aren't quite sure yet. There really weren't any concerns about anything we saw, we just aren't quite ready yet. This is definitely on our list though.
So far so good. We did have some concerns over some missing items. The communication has been difficult, and that is a concern. It's kept very clean though, and the care and the response of the staff is okay. And we haven't had any complaints about food.
My father's adjustment has gone very well at Harmony Village. It is a pleasure for his family members to visit him in such attractive surroundings and to find him calm and happy. Knowing he is receiving compassionate and engaging care at Harmony Village is a great load off my mind! The administrative and staff communicates well with his family.
