My loved one was there for 2 years. They only did blood work 1 time that I could find. We removed her and placed her somewhere else and this new place did her blood work and we learned her blood oxygen was very low. Symphony at Cherry Hill kept saying everything was fine with her, when it was clearly not. She was seeing the doctor twice a month this whole time and never knew or figured it out while there.

My rating of Harmony would have been a 5 star rating, but when we were sold on coming here, we were told we would be able to transition to medicaid after a 2 year self pay and maybe a couple additional months. As we approach the 2 year marker, now they are telling us that our parent doesn't have a medicaid bed. available for her possibly wouldn't have one for up to 3 years. Has anyone else had a similar issue with Harmony Village?
My mom was transferred to this facility following a hospitalization. She tested negative numerous times at the hospital and at CareOne for Corona virus. Shortly after her arrival the facility reported several asymptomatic staff corona cases. A few days later my mom tested positive. 17 days later mom died. The Dr said it was a Covid 19 heart attack. Her death certificate lists Covid 19 and heart attack. CareOne daily coronavirus newsletter continues to insist “ no precious lives lost”. Either they are hiding corona deaths or ... read more
We chose this facility at the time because there were 3 of us looking and we all thought that it was the best one, it did not turn out to be that way. I would want others to know that they cater more to people with dementia rather than Parkinson's. There are a lot of residents who are further along and they were not mentally stimulating at all. Overall, I would not recommend.
I do not feel that they were engaging with my father at Harmony Village. If he was sitting there in a wheelchair, they would leave him there and he wouldn't get to participate in any of the activities. There are levels of dementia care, and each floor is locked. There was not enough staff to monitor the residents. They were also expensive for what you got. I removed my father from this facility. I would not recommend Harmony Village.
My mom didn't like pt the same exercise there pt personal need to prove new exercises routine
I would not use CareOne again if I had another choice. We had tremendous difficulties with their pharmaceutical department and billing. They repeatedly billed me through their pharmacy even though we never used them. I reached out to the director multiple times, and they said they would take care of it, but they never would. My husband was not able to take care of himself at the time and they were not providing adequate attention to him. The staff is very nice until they get you in. The nursing staff was very lacking. They ... read more
My mother was put in their care after she broke her hip, during her first day in this facility she fell and broke the same hip again due to neglect and incompetence of the staff. DO NOT put a family member here! No apology was offered, only concern for monetary loss after her transfer to another facility.
