I am a friend or relative of resident Physical therapy is wonderful. Nurses are very caring and concerned, yet staffing is poor. Family meetings with social work and care team went well, yet, when the time came to transfer my mother home, it seemed like management came up with every excuse for the 'delay'. I am a friend or relative of resident Do not put your loved ones here.My poor Mother was given a dose of insulin which was not for her and she went into shock was hospitalized..When I went to remove her clothing from the facility I learned that the aide gave her the woman in the next bed insulin..I complained and was told they were sorry..I then requested my mothers clothes taht they packed up as soon as they knew she would not be going there..and when I went to retrive them they had me myself sort through piles of plastic b... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident My mother went from the hospital to CareOne where she stayed for 3 weeks. The nurses, cna's, PT and OP people were excellent. The problem is not with the employees it is with owners/management who are more interested in making a profit than they are in properly staffing the facility. The place looks good but the hallways constantly reak of urine and feces. I am a friend or relative of a resident My mom was over at CareOne at Evesham when she fell a couple of years ago. She was there for about three weeks. In terms of cleanliness, they're average. However, I think their service was very poor, actually. The reason my mom went in there was to get therapy, and it was kind of ridiculous when you looked at the total time spent there. I visited this facility State of NJ take note - CARE ONE SHOULD BE FINED DUE TO BELOW AVERAGE FACILITY (NOT CLEAN) AND INADEQUATE STAFFING.

I am a friend or relative of resident STAY AWAY!! Unless you are ambulatory and young, if you can't do for yourself, you will starve and lay in soaking diapers because they don't have enough staff to help you! Food service leaves the tray-if you can't eat yourself, they take the tray away and if there is no one to help you, you don't eat! Very UNDERSTAFFED. I am a friend or relative of resident my friend is currently in rehab at care one....she has been ignored, and generally treated like she was a bother to them, they do not wear gloves when changing bottles for pic lines, will not answer nurses button when called, my friend has had to change her own sheets and empty trash and commode by herself, they do not give her meds on time or take blood work on time.....most of the time she has to wait hours to get her meds and one time she waited eight hours for water even though she c... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident This facility deservers zero stars, and should be force to give some back. My Mom was a patient for one night, which was the worst night of her life. She fell out of bed twice, and had to wake up her roomate as the staff didn't respond to her call bell for over 45 minutes. The aid "dropped" the call bell on her head, then made her wait for another 20 minutes to get the nurse, who then yelled at her for trying to sit up. Other My mom had to use this place to recuperate from heart attack issues and has been in the "new" cardiac care unit since early September 2013. She is mentally sharp as a tack but not physically healthy. The social worker she was assigned to (Nancy?) told me that someone working with my mother in physical therapy wanted to talk to me about what was needed for when my mom came home for "an afternoon" so I walked with a physical therapist, Christina, to PT about a half hour after our conversation.
