Get directionsI personally think the place is one of those that looks fancy on the outside but is a dump with the care, etc on the inside. Go somewhere else
Administration is very rude.. I tried to tell the administrator of a problem that arose during my fathers care and she said quote ‘’ not my fault ‘’ and walked away. WOW.
The 1.5 star rating is for the doctors. They are great. The administrative staff and some of the nursing staff, on the other hand... horrible. Dad had to be rushed to the ER a week ago. He was ready to be discharged yesterday to CareOne. I spoke with [name removed] in admissions who confirmed she was holding a bed for dad - promised me to save it until the following day. Once I received the call from [name removed] that dad was ready, I called [name removed]. It took SIX calls before the Receptionist put me through! Each tim... read more
Horrible place - smelly, bad food, complacent management. Do not place a loved one here!
The facility smells, patients are ignored, the food is disgusting and the management is disorganized, bordering on incompetent. I would not ever put a loved one there ever again!
I was not impressed with this community. The person that took us on tour was nice. This community reminded me of being in a hospital.
My sister-in-law is in the memory care here and some of the staff are wonderful but there is also a very large turnover in the staff and the management so that has been an issue as is the food that is served in the Memory Care. My sister-in-law has a nice room and the community itself is very nice we like to take her out in the courtyard when we visit as she just loves it out there.
We had hoped that CareOne at Wayne was going to work out for the type of care my mother was going to need. We were upfront with them about her dementia and they did do an assessment before she was accepted and we moved her there. But in the end, they could not address my mothers needs and they informed me that I would have to arrange for an outside aid to come in and give my mother the one on one care she had to have in order for her to remain there. I made those arrangements at an additional cost but in the end, CareOne sti... read more
My grand mother was there. They were fair to her, nurses were great. Techs were iffy. I was there every day with her for hours. Those nurses were worked far to hard for what they are paid. Same goes for techs. She was at one in Marlton. I do remember nurse [Removed] was great. Tech [Removed] was very pushy with [Removed] but did good job and [Removed]s was all around great and always did his best for her. My problem is, that while there she had another stroke and she wasn't really there and they could have cared for her but ... read more
