Good Location Beds were super uncomfortable and the edges of the bedframe stuck out. Combine the dangerous edges and reduced space, I ended up hurting myself a couple of times. Liked the closeness of the hotel to the downtown area of Carmel. The room was clean, but sooo small. Breakfast was delivered to our room in a basket in the morning.

Bad This so called hotel is absolutely filthy. The carpets turned my toddlers feet black with dirt (pictures to prove). The staff all bar one were extremely rude and just did not care. Breakfast was a joke 2 apples 2 tiny bowls of cornflakes with 2 tiny cartons of orange juice which were out of date. For anyone wanting to visit Carmel, the place is charming however do not stay here. Avoid like the plague!!! Location, 1 minute walk from the main road

Felt cheated ! Reserved room for 3 people , when we got there they put us in a room with only 1 bed . Had to pay extra to change room, when the reservation clearly said 3 people (2 adults and a 14 years old). Bad breakfast location

Nie wieder Wir hatten ein „Loch“ als Zimmer. Fenster zugemauert. Decken von Motten durchlöchert. Eines von vier Gläsern deutlich zerbrochen. Komische laute WC-Spülung. Frühstück für zwei statt vier. Mit Abstand schlechtestes Zimmer der Reise. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert für fast 500 Dollar!!! Gut gelegen. Carmel ist sehr schön und hat gute Restaurants und Cafés

Would not recommend The staff, the mattress was a rock and the TV was poor It was conveniently located to downtown.
Avoid Dark, pointless window looking at a brick wall (no light), dated room, tired room, some lights not working, bathroom fan not working, room didn't get made up, staff lying on reception sofa reading paper when reception visited, staff not responses to issues raised, staff not empowered to make decisions. Management were not present. Very poor value for money shower
