Would not recommend The staff, the mattress was a rock and the TV was poor It was conveniently located to downtown.
Avoid Dark, pointless window looking at a brick wall (no light), dated room, tired room, some lights not working, bathroom fan not working, room didn't get made up, staff lying on reception sofa reading paper when reception visited, staff not responses to issues raised, staff not empowered to make decisions. Management were not present. Very poor value for money shower
Disappointing, given the price. Little service. Had to ask for a receipt when we checked out. Room was too small given the price of over $300 on Friday night. Beds were not made for Friday night. TV didn't work without someone coming from the office to fix. Was never fixed adquately. Excellent location. Close to downtown, shopping restaurants.

All other hotels were sold out- so stuck here- tries to avoid our room until sleep Old stairs not very safe, room smelled musty, decor is not just ‘victorian’ but old. No morros in the room, window faceless a wall. Too much fabric and decorative pillows in the room make it impossible to think it’s all cleaned daily. Carpet old Breakfast basket is cute but pre poured mystery cereal in disposable container leaves too much for imagination in freshness. Pastries pre packaged Sam’s club pastry with long shelf life. Worst place we have stayed at so far View of a broken pool, leaky toilet persisted despite being told it was fixed, they did not move us to another room as we requested, breakfast was not fresh nor sanitary(not sealed, free poured cereal, fruit was old and appeared pre handled Location and parking
Super Lage, aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, die Unterkunft mit der Einrichtung ist sehr veraltet und wirkt daher etwas schmudelig. Super Lage und bequemes Bett.
