It was just ok for one night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer It was very outdated for the price we paid. There was also a massive gap between the floor and the bottom of the door so we found two bugs in the suite after only one night. Location was amazing and staff appeared to be very nice.

Good Location Beds were super uncomfortable and the edges of the bedframe stuck out. Combine the dangerous edges and reduced space, I ended up hurting myself a couple of times. Liked the closeness of the hotel to the downtown area of Carmel. The room was clean, but sooo small. Breakfast was delivered to our room in a basket in the morning.

Bad This so called hotel is absolutely filthy. The carpets turned my toddlers feet black with dirt (pictures to prove). The staff all bar one were extremely rude and just did not care. Breakfast was a joke 2 apples 2 tiny bowls of cornflakes with 2 tiny cartons of orange juice which were out of date. For anyone wanting to visit Carmel, the place is charming however do not stay here. Avoid like the plague!!! Location, 1 minute walk from the main road

Felt cheated ! Reserved room for 3 people , when we got there they put us in a room with only 1 bed . Had to pay extra to change room, when the reservation clearly said 3 people (2 adults and a 14 years old). Bad breakfast location
