Disappointing it was near ocean st the main street in Carmel facility seem run down, ice machine is across the street. bathroom needs door hooks. in check in sent to a room that was occupied a day before check out room was getting ready to be serviced and room key blocked. TV system needs updating poor / old receiver & Remotes

Poor Abgewohntes überteuertes Motel. Wolldecken mit Löchern haben wir vor die Tür gelegt, weil ein 5 cm Schlitz keine unwillkommensten Gäste reinlassen sollte. Pool verwahrlost und geschlossen. Lage sehr zentral und Parkplätze kostenlos

No sleep! Mattress is awful!! Torn furniture!!!! The mattress is atrocious!! Mattress is awful could not sleep. Has WIRES sticking out. Must be several decades old!!. Floor is sticky!,uuggh!!! Room was stuffy. Sitting sofa was ripped floor is carpet and looked dirty. Room has a window in a hall with no window coverings. (??). It needs a good update. Breakfast was good brought to the door in a basket.

Adequate hotel with less parking than guests Beds were so firm they were uncomfortable for someone with a bad back. Couldn't leave and go to beach until we checked out for fear we would have no parking space. No air conditioning option. Bagged breakfast was adequate.

Disappointing 1. Signage said breakfast was no longer available, so we purchased some items and ate them. We were not told that a breakfast basket would be delivered which be found only when opening the door to leave. 2. Checkout staff objected to splitting room charge across two cards, saying it had already been charged to a single card. The resulting charge is still not completely resolved.

A disappointing experience in poor, but very expensive hotel. The place looks and feels like a cheap motel, with run-down rooms and dated furnishings. The location is good.
