Wasted my time trying out a new website, after attempting to add coupons they sent and not getting it to work, I went ahead and ordered. I ordered two different items so I could get free shipping. They emailed me couple days later saying the order was cancelled since they did not have either item? Total was of time and their website/coupon experience is clearly broken on several levels.

Was overcharged on sale items. Tried to explain there is a sign stating 15% above the items... actually 4 signs. I was dismissed. Website even shows the exact items on sale. Staff didn't care. Sent an email to Cavenders with invoice number, staff number, etc... no response. Sent them a message on Facebook messenger... no response. Extremely poor customer service and rude, uncaring staff. Cavenders on Stemmons in Dallas.

I've never had a problem with Cavender's instore but ordering online was a nightmare! I ordered a vest for my husband in a medium and a pair of $10 earrings to qualify for free shipping. So I got an order confirmation and then 4 days later an email saying my order was canceled because both items weren't in stock. Well this was unexpected but since considering the amount of money that was spent on buying our first pair of boots together. I would have expected more of a better level of service on trying to correct a minor issue on a pair of boots my fiance bought. I ordered a hat online for family pictures and it arrived with 7 spots on it, that were permanent. I called customer service and spoke with a woman named Cyndi, she was friendly the first time we spoke and said she would send me a label to ship it back. I thought about it for a while and didn't want to be inconvenienced by returning the item so I called back and requested a discounted rate to just keep the hat. Horrible business!! I ordered a pair of boots online, received a confirmation via email just to get a follow-up email a day later stating that they had canceled my order because they no longer had the boots. Very disappointed. Bought 4 items including an expensive pair of women's boots at the Cavender's off of route 290 in Houston. The other three items were kids' boots and cowboy clothes. We get to the cash register and never mind that the person at the register was not particularly friendly but that is ok. What was not ok was that she charged us twice for the woman's boots - meaning she charged us an extra $280 dollars. My Wife immediately caught the discrepancy and brought to her attention. Very creepy place. Not a lot of happy people. The sales people must work on commission which means they do not have your best interest at heart. Every time I've been in there is been new faces and they seem intimidated and will steer you towards more expensive selections. Decent selection of hats and boots. I purchased a $70 black leather vest. I wore it once, sweated a little and the black from the vest destroyed my white shirt. The best was clearly not cured long enough. If I could provide less that 1 star I would! I placed my order on 12/20, upon checkout I received a date of estimated delivery to be 12/24. When I did not receive it, I logged in to see the new estimated delivery to be after Christmas on 12/27. No problem, I thought I would receive it the next day. Nope. I received an email on 12/28 that my order is just now being shipped. Now why would I order an item that I wouldn't even receive until January? But issues arise, I understand.
