The employees here are so kind and approachable. Their knowledge of the products they sell is impeccable. I shop here for every gift for my bf. This is an amazing location!
We live I NH and do not have a place that we can go to try on several pair of boots so we have ordered several (6) pair of boots through Cavenders. We did not love any of them so we returned them and ordered another 5 pair. We can not express how happy we are with Cavenders! The exchange occurred quickly and the refund for the original 6 was credited to our account within a couple of days! We highly recommend doing business with this company online.
Let me start by saying the manager Dillon was amazing to us! I bought my son his first pair of boots a few months ago (around $250) and they started to squeek lol. A veryyyy loud squeek! I called the store and spoke with Dillon and he said for us to bring them in. We did so and within a few minutes he told us to go and pickout another pair of boots that it must me the shank that's broke. Who in the world is designing the clothes in this place. It doesn't feel nor look country but more like gothic! I like simple and stylish; not dark and weird! The boot selection could get expanded for females.
Excellent experience. Dillon was a fabulous help. I have a lot of trouble finding boots. I look for them all the time in stores, online and have trouble finding ones that fit because I have a wide foot and big calves. I have never had anyone tell me that they could stretch the boots to help make the fit. Years of shopping and no one ever mentioned this?!!!!! except for Dillon. I searched high and low throughout the city of Austin for some good quality western snap shirts when it finally dawned on me to check out an actual western store. I'm no cowboy, but I like their style. I stuck out pretty bad in the store wearing flip-flops, a golf cap and a Color Me Rad 5K t-shirt. I was prepared to walk out empty handed since I had never even tried on a pair of cowgirl boots before and had no idea what I was looking for. Luckily Chris was there & offered me some help. Great place - Excellent customer service! If you're looking for boots this is a MUST FIRST STOP! Also, be sure to ask for Chris, he'll make sure you buy the right pair. This was my first adventure in buying boots and Cavenders took care of me. Chris was very helpful in making sure I didn't buy crap boots and helped me stay within my budget. He actually spent the whole 1.5 hours with me while I tried on every pair of boot they had. Will definitely go there for my second pair!
Seriously, if you're looking for boots, this is without a doubt, the place to go. I must have tried on 25 pair before coming to the painful conclusion that try as I might, I will never be that girl. The super cute young man who works there, Eric, I think, was very helpful. He was almost cute enough to make me leave with $300 worth of boots I'll never wear.
