DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE!!! I ordered 7 pairs for me and my bridesmaids and only 2 out of the 7 were actually in stock. Then they said they would not be ordering any more so I am out of luck. So I then asked to return the other 2 because I didn't want my bridesmaids in different boots and they said I would either have to pay for shipping or drive all the way to a Calendars to return them! Not such a great experience. The manager was reluctant to honor a promotion, which was very disappointing. One of the sales guys was letting his customer know about a discount and my sales guy failed to let me in on it. The manager was also short and not very friendly. It's the managers duty to shine more than anyone at the store but he was the total opposite. My sales guy was friendly but a little to overwhelming.
If the 17 year olds working the store were half as concerned about helping me find a belt as they were making dinner plans with each other it would be nice!
#1- Research the retail price before you buy something here on "sale." I bought a pair of supposedly $199 boots for $134. The mfg's website has the retail cost at $144. #2- If you take in a coupon for 10% off from one of the tourist racks full of brochures, don't count on them to honor it. "Oh, that's expired." Every rack in Texas has the same coupon with NO expiration date on it. Find a Mom and Pop western store. You'll get as good prices and much better service.
19 days later of a boot that I was told would take 7-10 days to come in. BAD management and know body after multiple calls could tell me what's going on here. I am a manager myself and I never conduct business as poorly as this location. I'll never step foot in this establishment ever again. Not to mention not calling a customer back when you were told they would call you back that same day with some type of information. Got my money back.
This place is the worst. This is the second time we have been to this particular store and had problems. First we walked into the store to have none of the employees say anything to us even though we walked right by a good handful of them. We were at least greeted kindly at the door by another customer who was leaving. Horrible customer service. I ordered a shirt online for my son as a Christmas present. I received a pair of ladies boots instead. When I called to find out where the shirt was that I ordered they said it must have gone to the person who ordered the boots. I was told that they would send out the correct shirt and that I would get it by Christmas and that they would send me a return label for the boots. I did not get the shirt by Christmas. This business is staffed with an extreme amount of young people falling over each other and visiting among themselves. I took my son in for some college shopping. He selected shirts that were posted in their ad as 20% off. ( Wranglers) the ad was hanging on them and I asked a sweet person, Kathryn, to confirm they were on sale. She returned and said indeed. The ONLY good service was from a young thin girl w/boot section for ladies Girls at front desk were snarky and not polite I come back two days later to pick up my boots after supposedly having the left one stretched out to meet the right one, and they're not ready and haven't even been started. So now I have to make a third trip back here from Northwest Austin in order to get a pair of boots from a place that has crappy service. Not buying from here again.
