Placed an order 8/2. Emailed Cavenders on 8/14 to inquuire about my order status. I understand there is low inventory on everything right now, but there is no excuse for such poor communication. Never again. Ordered two items and could not track order in their system. I contacted customer service via email and was assured by Cyndi my ordered items would arrive today. I needed one of the items for an event. The order came today with only one item. I had to call CS, and the rep was Cyndi! Horrible customer service .. consider going to Tacovas instead! Purchased a belt online for Christmas and wanted to exchange it but couldn't bc they gave me such a hard time.. guess what? Tacova's has incredible customer service and a better product.. I guess Cavenders has been living off their piece of crap name... I'll pass! You get what you pay for.. and I'd rather pay more for a quality service and a better product.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!!!!!! Wow I feel like I just got robbed. I returned some boots because they looked a lot different from what I saw on the website. I returned them they call me and tell me they weren't ganna be able to refund me...because the were "worn and have rocks on the bottom" I was so confused because they were too large and honestly looked cheap..I'm told they will have to return the boots... I purchased a 180$ pair of boots online. The completely wrong size was sent, but I was told they would send the correct pair so I shipped back the original with the label they provided. UPS was unable to track the package afterwards and Cavenders refused to send the correct pair, refund me, or do store credit. So they robbed me of 200 dollars because UPS lost the return.
The Cavender's in pearl MS needs help . It's so hard to find anyone to help and when you finally do you cannot find a work boot in men's size over a 10 . They had barely any selection in a men's 12 other Cavender's are not this way
I recently visited Cavenders in McAllen, texas. I found an item with a tag price of $0.00 I thought to myself "Wow what a great idea a free gift for shopping at Cavenders". When I got to the register and paid for my stuff the cashier Andrea failed to honor the price on the tag. I advised her tag showed a price of $0. She stated it was an error. The staff was horrible. I asked for help and the sales women left me and never came back. I needed help buying 2 pairs of boots that were wide calf and the sales person didn't seem to care. I also was with my tiny baby and husband. I noticed they were giving plenty of attention to the Spanish speaking customers but as a Caucasian woman they were ignoring me. My husband noticed this as well. I'm very disappointed and I will never shop here again. I would have spent $500 or more dollars but I'm never going there again. Horrib... read more
I bought an pairjean 3 days just sent back an email saying the item was not available it was on sale so I figured I was getting a good deal and item wasn't even available. To me it was false advertisement. It was really disappointing because I ordered from them a lot.
