They do not respond to emails or pick up their phone calls. I have called customer service twice inly to be hung up on by a bot after being caller 104 in their queue. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE

if i could leave a 0 star review i would. My wife and I decided what we wanted for each other for our 5th wedding anniversary and it was ONLY offered through Cavenders. I wanted a pair of boots that were $900 and she wanted several items but 1 out of the 4 item she wanted was 175 and only offered through the website. I ordered Oct 16, and receive no confirmation but my account was debited. On Oct 20, I called the store and received no help other then JUST CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE which doesnt exist. Ordered 7/28 shipped 8/2 got delayed in Texas and never moved, I have called and emailed them over 7 times and nothing has been done it is now 9/14 I am out $120 and still dont have these clothes for my daughter... I have been told 4 times someone would call me back also that they would resend my order, then I had to give them my card info so they could cancel my previous order and place a new one I still have heard nothing

Do not order anything online from Cavender's. They are horrible. I made 2 purchases and received an email saying that the item had been shipped. What was weird was when I tried to track it in the system, it said that it did not exist. After a week I get a random email saying that the item purchase had been canceled AFTER they had notified me it had shipped. They even wanted a review of the item. Do NOT order online. They say 4-8 business days but actually mean "just wait....." I am still waiting on my boots that I already paid for when placing my order.

I order on Aug 12 ,2021 and have call three times trying to get order.I was told they switched carry on deliver and they was causing problem on deliver time and of course kids going back to school.They need better delivery service it makes them look bad .So when everyone pays don't think it will come in 4 to 8 work days not true ...

Placed an order 8/2. Emailed Cavenders on 8/14 to inquuire about my order status. I understand there is low inventory on everything right now, but there is no excuse for such poor communication. Cavenders email response: Good Evening, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we got a new system, and the orders are not compatible with the website which cause you not to be able to track your order.  Looking into your order it shows that there is a possibility that it could be cancelled due to lack of inventory. Never again. Ordered two items and could not track order in their system. I contacted customer service via email and was assured by Cyndi my ordered items would arrive today. I needed one of the items for an event. The order came today with only one item. I had to call CS, and the rep was Cyndi! She eventually figured out that the second item was sold out and never shipped. I never received an email stating this, acd she told me I would be receiving both items When I originally emailed. Horrible customer service .. consider going to Tacovas instead! Purchased a belt online for Christmas and wanted to exchange it but couldn't bc they gave me such a hard time.. guess what? Tacova's has incredible customer service and a better product.. I guess Cavenders has been living off their piece of crap name... I'll pass! You get what you pay for.. and I'd rather pay more for a quality service and a better product.
