That tall blonde kid doesn't know shit about customer service. He was playing on his phone the entire time we were in the store and when we were trying to get his attention for assistance. The cowboy hat people were unfriendly, unprepared, and uninterested. Me: "Hi there. Is there any way of determining the size? This is a first cowboy hat." Reply: "No." Me: " "You're a hat department but have no way of determining hat size?" Reply: "I don't know where they left the measuring tape. You'll have to try on hats and find one you like." Your manger should be able to return an item with tags and a receipt. There's no need to be rude and disrespectful and make false accusations about your customer, that also pays your salary. Last time shopping here. If you don't like your job don't work there simple as that.
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ONLINE. I purchased some boots online and wanted to make an exchange since I had gotten them in the wrong size. I specifically wrote that I only wanted different size of the same boots and they charged me twice . I called and they said they return my money in 3-4 business days. They haven't returned my money and it's been almost a month!!! And they were almost $300. Save your money and do not purchase online.
Be carefully when buying boots at cavender they have a no return policy. I bought some defected boots that cost me 140 bucks . I wore one time my feet hurt so bad now I'm stuck with crappy boots that might go In the trash and no money to buy new ones. Just be careful when shopping their. I well not be back
I've been shopping at calenders ever since they opened in Austin and Round Rock, but when it comes to having anything you want in stock, is a big dream, and online, they lie about the delivery times and date, 100% lie. I'm about to go back to the real western store, Allen's Boots. They know how to be honest with customers, unlike calenders just saying crap to cover their ass. So wrong. If I don't get my hat's on time, it will be the last time I shop here, even for all my business needs for their shirts, will be done.
This location is by far the worse and not because of the staff. The Ac is broken and the owners don't care. It's been broken for the last couple of times we've been here. I honestly feel like it AC hasn't been fixed at all in past.
My wife ordered two $100 gift certificates for our kids for Christmas in late November and they still haven't shown up. I've called several times which gives you a recording that they're busy and to email them. Two emails later and they still haven't replied. I'll be calling my credit card company today to contest the charge.
