I was so glad my girlfriend referred me to Barry. He was very professional and friendly. Any time I had a question he was there to help me. He would call and check up and see how things were going. My experience with Residential Mortgage Solutions was outstanding! Specifically speaking, my Mortgage Specialist, Robin Peters was absolutely superb! She made sure that I had a clear understanding of the entire refinance process and she kept consistent communication throughout everything. I knew I was in great hands with Robin. Considering I was somewhat of a problem child, I really appreciate the tenacity and persistence of Robin, my loan rep! While it took awhile to find the right mortgage solution for me, Robin stuck wth it and ultimately delivered! She and her boss seemed to genuinely sensitive to my situation and needs. My wife and I just completed a refi with RMS and could not be happier with the service, and professionalism of Robin P*****. I worked mostly with Robin but also Barry. They helped me refinance my mortgage. Robin would answer my texts all times of day and weekends to help alleviate any concerns or questions I had. Robin was wonderful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend RMS!

We would definitely give Chad K******* five stars and more in refinancing our home. He is a very thoughtful and kind person who took the time to explain every step of the process. I was always able to get a hold of him and he answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend him in financing or refinancing a home. He was very patient and understanding in dealing with us. The whole experience was streamlined and easy with Chad!
