My case was complicated , I had a horrible loan and every company I dealt with in the past would get to certain point and then l would lose contact with them. NOT with Robin, she was great very professional and consistent she kept me informed and updated. Because of my work schedule it was a little difficult to get documents and talk at times, but Robin would just say send it to me or call me when you get home no matter the hour. I was so glad my girlfriend referred me to Barry. He was very professional and friendly. Any time I had a question he was there to help me. He would call and check up and see how things were going. My experience with Residential Mortgage Solutions was outstanding! Specifically speaking, my Mortgage Specialist, Robin Peters was absolutely superb! She made sure that I had a clear understanding of the entire refinance process and she kept consistent communication throughout everything. I knew I was in great hands with Robin.
