After getting a flyer in the mail and calling Cazle Mortgage, Robin Peters called me right back! She was extremely patient with all of my questions and was so prompt in returning my phone calls, texts, and/or emails! I asked her if she can provide my with different options and she did! When she needed documents all i had to do was scan them and email them! Super easy! I closed within 3 weeks of starting the whole refinance process. I had been trying to refinance with my previous mortgage company for over 4 months. I was transferred to new loan officers on a regular basis and was asked for my documents over and over.
