I had been trying to refinance with my previous mortgage company for over 4 months. I was transferred to new loan officers on a regular basis and was asked for my documents over and over. Gordon was always available to answer any questions / doubts that I had. Responses were quick and very detailed. All parts of my mortgage package was documented and made it easy to understand what was included.
