After a few mortgage companies said it will be difficult to get you in a home I was referred by a friend to Joe Salem. Joe from the start said no problem and his first comment to me was " you will be cooking out on your new deck by Labor Day" well we settled 8/21. He kept me Informed throughout the whole process. Joe found me a suitable and competitive loan for an investment property I purchased recently. Closing was on time. He was very proactive and communicated clearly what to expect at every stage of the process. This is the third property I have bought with him. I will be buying many more with him!

So glad that i got referred to Richard. We initially starting working with a credit union and got pre approval. We found our dream home but needed to wait 90 days for closing due to the fact the sellers were building their new home. We were good to go with it. We didn't think we were ready to buy a home yet but schedule an appt with Joe just to see what we needed to work on, to our surprise we were pre-approved. He worked with us through every single step and was always there to answer any questions or concerns. He made our first time buying experience very pleasant and nothing like the stories I have heard from friends. We now recommend everyone to call Joe first if they are trying to buy a home.

My back was up against the wall when Rich was suggested to me. I was a little hesitant because I was turned down before due to a situation I couldn't get around. Rich went through brick walls for me and I am forever grateful for the time and energy that he spent making sure I got approved for our house. We got the run around from Quicken Loans when all we wanted to do was get rid of our Mortgage Insurance. Rich not only succeeded at that - but made a suggestion that we did not think about and which really helped us out.
