Was referred to Kathleen to do a Refinance after speaking with many lenders. There is no doubt, she went above and beyond, signifigantly, what we expected. Kathleen was absolutely wonderful throughout my home buying experience and continued to follow up after. I felt completely comfortable and confident with Kathleen and she took her time to genuinely explain things to me. I wouldn't have worked with any other agent and strongly recommend her.
From the first time I contacted Joe he was warm, friendly, and professional! I felt certain that he would get me and my mother a mortgage. He was patient as we searched for the right home for my mother. Once we found the right house, Joe got us to settlement in a little more than 3 weeks. Joe was also the loan officer for several of my friends and family.
Rich was an extremely helpful lender! This was my first home purchase and Rich helped me along throughout the entire process. He was extremely quick to reply and helped keep me current on all the forms I needed to acquire and submit. Rich helped make the process go quickly and smoothly. I plan on working with him again in the future!

I never write reviews like this. I just typically dont promote anything or anyone, but in this case, I had to write the review! I am self-employed and have been trying to get a refinance of my home for quite some time (the past year plus). Because of my self employment and other factors, at least 7 or 8 lenders simply blew me off (even after the reached out and started the process...they simply gave up). After a few mortgage companies said it will be difficult to get you in a home I was referred by a friend to Joe Salem.
