Chad did a streamlined refinance for us. It was all done online. He did an excellent job for our unique situation!! We did this all online except for the closing in about 3 weeks or less. We were very pleased with Cazle Mortgage and the ease with which it all got done.
Chad has helped us greatly during this pandemic getting everything together. Me and my girlfriend bought our first house. Chad made the process easy and always answered questions when asked.

i can't believe how easy it was to refinance our FHA mortgage with Robin and RMS/Cazle. Wish we had done this a long time ago! Robin was wonderful to work with, extremely communicative and attentive (even on weekends and when she was traveling). The entire process from start to finish was stress-free - they even sent a notary to our house for the closing signatures. After a very successful and smooth process buying my home, I decided to pursue refinancing with RMS. And again they hit it out of the park. The entire RMS team makes the process so smooth and painless you dont have to worry about anything. I will always continue to use RMS team in the future and I highly recommend you do as well.
