Vittorio very easy to work with. He explained every option in lamen terms, why we had to submit certain docs and other things.while the process took longer than we both wanted it, which was more on my end. Overall he was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. Once we were ready to close the process was quick and efficient

Had the best possible mortgage consultant experience with Robin P*****! She bent over backwards to do everything in her power to get me all the information I asked for and support my refi process. I walked away from my usually reliable credit union to work with Robin. I heard about RMS through a friend. I Just bought my first home and was completely clueless about the whole process before my first meeting with them. I worked with Vittorio. Robin P. with RMS handled my loan process with a high level of professionalism (yet personable at the same time). She is knowledgeable of the lending industry and understands not all borrowers are from the same shoe box. She was able to find the right refinancing solution custom to fit my needs. I called Residential Mortgage Solutions because I received an offer in the mail.
