I heard about RMS through a friend. I Just bought my first home and was completely clueless about the whole process before my first meeting with them. I worked with Vittorio. Vittorio made buying my first home extremely easy, he was available at literally any time to take my calls if I had a question, and he secured a very reasonable rate for me. Can't recommend Vittorio and RMS enough! I've already referred a friend!

Robin P. with RMS handled my loan process with a high level of professionalism (yet personable at the same time). She is knowledgeable of the lending industry and understands not all borrowers are from the same shoe box. She was able to find the right refinancing solution custom to fit my needs. I called Residential Mortgage Solutions because I received an offer in the mail. I'm usually skeptical about mail offers but to my surprise RMS was the best thing that has happened to me in a very long time. Karen C**** was my Sr. Loan Officer and she made my process painless. Robin P***** was GREAT! So quick to get an impossible situation done for us regarding a bad loan with a company who would do nothing for us and delayed the closing. Our loan would have closed so much sooner and we would have saved more. She did everything she said she would for us. I would highly recommend Robin as an loan specialist because she will work for you!!
