Rich was a great guy to work with. I am recently self-employed and was trying to get a loan for a rental property. Because of my recent self-employed status, I was denied by every bank that I spoke to. All of them denied me stating that they could not verify my income. Richards has been a pleasure to work with, and that's saying a lot since this was not the easiest loan to get. When it turned out that the house we were purchasing didn't have a furnace all of our plans went out the window. He was able help us refinance our current house in California all the way from Baltimore, and manage multiple closings and wire transfers while we were flying to sign the docs. He's extremely easy to get in contact with and he knows his stuff.
