I never write reviews like this. I just typically dont promote anything or anyone, but in this case, I had to write the review! I am self-employed and have been trying to get a refinance of my home for quite some time (the past year plus). Because of my self employment and other factors, at least 7 or 8 lenders simply blew me off (even after the reached out and started the process...they simply gave up). I have worked with many loan officers in the past but Rich is the best. I was not the most straight forward client to work to work with but Rich made it happen.

Kathleen is the best! We worked with her while we bought our first home. She is extremely helpful and made purchasing our first home a great experience. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and guided us every step of the way. I highly recommend Kathleen to all home buyers. We look forward to working with her in the future.

Enjoyed working with Richard Klemkowski . We closed within 30 days. Saved us $1300.00 a month with our refinance. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him.

After a few mortgage companies said it will be difficult to get you in a home I was referred by a friend to Joe Salem. Joe from the start said no problem and his first comment to me was " you will be cooking out on your new deck by Labor Day" well we settled 8/21. He kept me Informed throughout the whole process. I could not ask for a better experience. Any future needs this will be my only call. Thanks Joe Stephen & Dawn

Joe found me a suitable and competitive loan for an investment property I purchased recently. Closing was on time. He was very proactive and communicated clearly what to expect at every stage of the process. This is the third property I have bought with him. I will be buying many more with him!

So glad that i got referred to Richard. We initially starting working with a credit union and got pre approval. We found our dream home but needed to wait 90 days for closing due to the fact the sellers were building their new home. We were good to go with it. Midway through the process the credit union failed on us. Richard was recommended to us by a close family friend and he went to work right away. He reassured us that we would get this done. We didn't think we were ready to buy a home yet but schedule an appt with Joe just to see what we needed to work on, to our surprise we were pre-approved. He worked with us through every single step and was always there to answer any questions or concerns. He made our first time buying experience very pleasant and nothing like the stories I have heard from friends. We now recommend everyone to call Joe first if they are trying to buy a home.

My back was up against the wall when Rich was suggested to me. I was a little hesitant because I was turned down before due to a situation I couldn't get around. Rich went through brick walls for me and I am forever grateful for the time and energy that he spent making sure I got approved for our house.
