Vittorio B******** at residential mortgage solutions got me preapproved fast and did everything needed to get me a financing commitment on time to meet my settlement date. I am self employed and it is a lot of work to get a small business owner underwritten. Victor was always very timely in getting back to be with emails and keeping me in the loop. RMS made everything as stress free as possible and I would recommend them to any one looking to buy a home, refinance a loan they already have.

With customer service becoming a thing of the past I can honestly say I have experienced excellent service with Robin P***** from Residential Mortgage. Rich K********* was a great guy to work with. I am recently self-employed and was trying to get a loan for a rental property. Because of my recent self-employed status, I was denied by every bank that I spoke to. All of them denied me stating that they could not verify my income.
