Always took time to explain all the details that I had questions with and made sure that I was comfortable with everything I was signing and committing to. Had a great experience with Residential Mortgage, but particularly with our loan officer Vittorio B********. He was responsive, truthful, professional and more importantly, gave us accurate numbers for our closing with no surprises. We were able to close on our refi in two weeks. I would highly recommend Vittorio and his team. We had a bad experience with another lender and Vittorio came in and put a deal together that exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience working with Robin P. She was very knowledgable and professional! She always answered any questions we had if we weren't sure about something. We were able to get almost a whole percentage dropped for our knew interest rate. Like I said, Robin is very professional and has a way of making you feel comfortable. The loan officer back then used some questionable measures to gain financing for us (falsified bank information, ARM, balloon payment, etc.).
