Robin at Cazle Mortgage was not only incredibly patient through a very challenging circumstance but was incredibly helpful every step of the way. I think the best way I can describe my experience was that I never once felt like a customer, I felt as though I was her friend that she was just trying to help. Refinancing our home with cash out was an extremely easy and satisfying experience, thanks to Robin Peters. She was easy to work with, always answering any questions we had almost immediately. From the very beginning, everything she told us is exactly how the loan process went. We were extremely surprised and pleased how fast the refinancing was approved and finalized. I had the pleasure of working with Gordon Hasslinger. He was very patient and had great communication! He kept me well informed of the loan stautus and what I should expect at each point of the process. Any questions I had- he explained thoroughly, even if I asked the same question 6 times! Robin Peters is an awesome loan officer. She is always on top of everything. She has closed many loans for us. They have always closed on time and as promised. She is quick to return phone calls/emails and/or text messages. I can't say enough good things about her.

I contacted Cazle Mortgage about refinancing for my home and I spoke with Robin Peters. I was skeptical at first because I was burned by a prior home lending institution. I must honestly tell you that she was AMAZING! Robin was on top of her game. from the beginning to the end of the refinancing process, she kept me informed, she was attentive and honest. I initially called Cazle Mortgage because of correspondence I received in the mail. I was transferred to Robin and let me tell you, she was phenomenal!
