vittorio from rms in maryland was the best rep. we r 3 hrs different and many times i texted him late like 1130pm and he still took time to reply. he got us what we needed and we r n a very comfortable place financially. he also was so patient when it o was trying sign doc and had problems. he is the best. thank u do much!

Vittorio B******** was both professional and knowledgeable. The process was very easy and the platform for electronic documents and delivery was excellent. Very quick from start to finish and could have been quicker if Vittorio,s document processor was not off and another processor off also. That may be something to look at. In any case having been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years I was very impressed with the start to finish which was bout 3 weeks. Nice job!
