The associate , Robin P***** , was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help my husband and I meet our financial goals. She was available late in the day to answer any questions and concerns we had. I work weird hours and I am usually not available during the normal business hours of 9-5pm. She conviently corresponded via text messages and emails while sometimes I was not able to speak to her on the phone. It is very true what they state about Residential Mortgage Solutions! Robin was in contact with me threw the entire process. She was fantastic!. Closing with money in the bank in less than 30 days! Talking with Robin was like we were long time friends.
