So glad that i got referred to Richard. We initially starting working with a credit union and got pre approval. We found our dream home but needed to wait 90 days for closing due to the fact the sellers were building their new home. We were good to go with it. We didn't think we were ready to buy a home yet but schedule an appt with Joe just to see what we needed to work on, to our surprise we were pre-approved. He worked with us through every single step and was always there to answer any questions or concerns. He made our first time buying experience very pleasant and nothing like the stories I have heard from friends. We now recommend everyone to call Joe first if they are trying to buy a home.

We got the run around from Quicken Loans when all we wanted to do was get rid of our Mortgage Insurance. Joe literally came through in the clutch for me and my family. Mr. Salem was very helpful and very professional throughout my loan process. He was there to answer any questions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend him.
Working with Joe was great he made the process really easy and asked our billion questions we had. He also broke down the process so that we were able to understand each step and what we had to do. It didn't matter what time of the day it was he was always there.
Joe was awesome to work with. We had a few bumps along the way, but he was there for us through it all and helped us anyway he could. I would recommend him to future home buyers and I would use him in the future.
