My experience was great working with Robin ****** at Residential Mortgage. Robin is very knowledgeable and customer focused. Robin made the whole process run smoothly and quickly!! She always responded very quickly to any of my questions and most importantly she worked very hard to find me the best rate possible!!
Being a first time home buyer, Rich made the process as simple as possible and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend him! My interest rate was lower than I expected and I am so happy to be writing this from inside my first home!

The associate , Robin P***** , was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help my husband and I meet our financial goals. She was available late in the day to answer any questions and concerns we had. I work weird hours and I am usually not available during the normal business hours of 9-5pm. She conviently corresponded via text messages and emails while sometimes I was not able to speak to her on the phone. It is very true what they state about Residential Mortgage Solutions! Robin was in contact with me threw the entire process. She was fantastic!. Closing with money in the bank in less than 30 days! Talking with Robin was like we were long time friends. The process was no different than any other refinancing, which requires lots of documents, but all but the final signing is done electronically making it much easier and the process move much quicker. Barry made the process extremely easy and painless. Being a man that has probably done this a million times, he was very patient with us and explained everything, even if it was more than once.
