Barry made the process extremely easy and painless. Being a man that has probably done this a million times, he was very patient with us and explained everything, even if it was more than once. We worked with him for a refinance and plan on going back to him when we buy our next house...very soon. I would strongly recommend Residential Mortgage Solutions to anyone who needs mortgage advice!

Residential Mortgage Solutions was a breath of fresh air. Everything ran smoothly from day one. The agent we dealt with (Robin P*****) was extremely professional and prompt and went above her duty of making sure our refinance was smooth and easy. Had the pleasure of working with agent Chad K*******. Very pleasant expierence. For someone who didn't know much about the process he provided quick and easy to understand explanations to all my questions . Also very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or concerns. Was very hesitant on refinancing with my house because I thought it was just going to be a pain but so happy I did because it was smooth and painless! Dave Presley made this a super easy transaction for me! Everything was done through the phone and emails and I couldn't be happier. He was always available when it was convenient to me (I work nights) even through text!
just completed a refinancing on my home under the direction of Dave P******. Time was of the essence and he made sure all steps were organized, prioritized and timely executed with little effort on my behalf. The closing was at my office so all communications and documentation was online or at my place - very convenient and fast! i would certainly work with Dave and his team in the future!
