I worked with Greg Ohrin for my loan refinancing. This was my first ever refinancing and I was looking to take cash out from the equity I built up so naturally I had a lot of questions. Joe Salem was my Mortgage Specialist and he was great! He kept in constant touch with me during the whole loan process. I could call or text him anytime day or night and he would respond promptly. This was the first time I ever bought a house on my own and Joe made me feel confident with any decisions I was making. Greg Ohrin to the rescue! In the middle of buying our first house our original lender screwed us over and the wonderful Greg Ohrin came to the rescue! He took over where the other company failed and got it done! A month later and we are enjoying our new home! He was available night and day through calls, texts and emails. He was informative, helpful, and quick getting everything done! Five stars!!! Would definetly recommend him to anyone looking for a lender. We can't thank him enough!

Joe made the home process very smooth. He kept us informed about everything, the easy parts and potential problems, without making us feel overwhelmed. He also has contacts in other aspects of the home buying process, such as the realtor he recommended for us. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying team.
He stayed with me the whole time guiding me through the process. We gave me step-by-step details of the process and never got tired of my questions. He was great.
We bought our first home with Joe's help after getting his name from our real estate agent. I'm so glad we decided to take her advice and go with him!
