Residential Mortgage Solutions was a breath of fresh air. Everything ran smoothly from day one. The agent we dealt with (Robin P*****) was extremely professional and prompt and went above her duty of making sure our refinance was smooth and easy. Can't say enough how pleased we were with the whole transaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their loan.

Had the pleasure of working with agent Chad K*******. Very pleasant expierence. For someone who didn't know much about the process he provided quick and easy to understand explanations to all my questions . Also very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or concerns. Was very hesitant on refinancing with my house because I thought it was just going to be a pain but so happy I did because it was smooth and painless! Would definitely recommend Chad and residential solutions!

just completed a refinancing on my home under the direction of Dave P******. Time was of the essence and he made sure all steps were organized, prioritized and timely executed with little effort on my behalf. The closing was at my office so all communications and documentation was online or at my place - very convenient and fast! i would certainly work with Dave and his team in the future!

I just wanted to commend Dave P****** as my Loan Officer during my refinancing of my home. He provided a wealth knowledge to my questions as the process was underway. Dave was attentive and always available throughout the process. Information that I needed to provide to him was clearly stated with instructions and I did not resubmit anything twice. Signing of documents was easy and fast. I would recommend Dave P****** to anyone and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Hello to everyone reading this review. I just want to let you know that my experience with RMS has been the best. I would not, nor ever go, any other place then RMS. The very nice young lady that was helping us out was Katheen D. Before my wife and I were looking for a house to buy wanted to find out what our price range was.
